El Salvador is the smallest of the Central American nations, and produces excellent coffees with a unique flavour balance to a consistently high standard. Located in the western region, the Apaneca-Ilamatepec mountain range includes coffee on and near the famous Santa Ana volcano which erupted as recently as 2005.
An excellent choice for espresso or plunger/french press brewing styles.

It was creamy and had a rich taste of ripe berries, walnut, and dark chocolate. It was the perfect cup of coffee.
