To that end, all our coffee are roasted as is, specialty grade beans fresh from Grainpro bags. The only additive is the human touch – Passion guided by Skill and mastery of Heat births great taste and flavor.

All aspects of our roasting process is logged and guided by custom computer roast profiles that we create for every bean in our range. This means that you will get the same carefully crafted taste profile from your first bag to your last or whether you order today, next month or next year.
Every bean behaves differently when roasted. Each requires a unique roast profile crafted to bring out it’s unique origin notes. Ditto for blends. That’s our approach to creating truly unique house blends and mind blowing single origins.
